Custom made orthodontic devices are produced by our in-house laboratory by Ellen Gonsalves, RG (Recognized Graduate of an accredited dental laboratory technician program), ably assisted by LoriAnn Silver.

Our in-house laboratory provides great enhancement for our orthodontic practice:

• Prompt construction
• Saves waiting time between impression and insertion of orthodontic devices
• Less distortion
• Mailing and transporting impressions and devices during New England weather variations may introduce unwanted distortion
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Direct on-site interaction between orthodontists and technicians provides opportunity for fine-tuning the design of each custom-made appliance
• Prompt turnaround in the event of loss or breakage of retainer – prompt repair or remake reduces chance of reversal (relapse) of orthodontic alignment
• Custom colors
• Patient selected colors and style including individual customization when possible
